Josh Rakower received his BA in communication at the University at Buffalo and is currently working on a masters in education. His background also includes film and sex education research.
Philosophy
My education philosophy focuses on getting students to be comfortable learning, media literacy, accurate content, and having fun in to the class. In classroom sex education, many studies find that a common complaint amongst students is that they're bored with the content. I feel that if middle school and high school students are bored when learning about sex, you aren't teaching it right.
